This is a Black TPRC / Travelers Club 16" Rolling Underseat Carry-On Luggage.

This Luggage has a Locking Telescopic Handle, Easy Glide Wheels, Interior Packing Areas and Zippered Side Pockets.

The Telescopic Handle is a Three (3) Stage System and accommodates taller people.

There are plenty of packing pockets.

The measurements are 16" x16" x8"

Meets MOST airline carry-on/under seat restrictions.
